- Turns on Einstein Generative AI in the org.
- Creates the Campaign Creation agent from its template and activates it.
- Creates a permission set for marketing team agent access and assigns it to a user.
- Explains why the agent does not show in the header panel: Campaign Creation is a Marketing Cloud agent type, not an Employee Agent.
- Diagnoses errors in the Agentforce sidebar and traces them to agent activation, a separate provisioning flow and permission set gaps.
- Adds filters to a segment and explains why some data model objects do not appear in the segment builder: they have no relationship mapping to the unified individual.
