Terms of Service

Version 3 — Effective November 1, 2026

Customer’s use of the MeshMesh Beta Services (“Beta Services”) is subject to the Beta Services Terms provided at Agreements and Terms (the “Beta Services Terms”) as well as these additional terms:

User guides and other information related to the Beta Services are available at https://docs.meshmesh.io/.

Through Customer’s participation in the Beta Services, Customer will participate in the development of, and gain access to, one or more generative AI features for use with their GA Services. The Beta Services include certain artificial intelligence functionality provided by Salesforce or one or more LLM Providers, (“LLM Provider”). The Beta Services and those of the LLM Provider are part of SFDC’s Data Science Program.

Customer will not, and will not permit its Users to:

(i) use the Beta Services or those of an LLM Provider in a manner that violates any applicable laws or infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates any party’s intellectual property rights;

(ii) modify or create derivative works of the Beta Services or those of an LLM Provider;

(iii) reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, translate, engage in model distillation, extraction or stealing attacks, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of models, algorithms, and systems of the Beta Services or those of an LLM Provider (except to the extent such restrictions are contrary to applicable law); or,

(iv) use the Beta Services or those of an LLM Provider to develop foundation models or other large scale models that compete with Salesforce Services or those of an LLM Provider.

Through Customer's participation in the Beta Services, Customer may be using autonomous AI agents. Customer understands and agrees that Customer is responsible for complying with any applicable AI disclosure and notification requirements.

The Beta Services involve the following additional sub-processors, located in the United States:

  • Anthropic, PBC
  • Cloudflare, Inc.
  • DataBricks, Inc.
  • Daytona Platforms Inc.
  • Fly.io, Inc.

The Beta Services use Anthropic, PBC as an LLM Provider. Customer Data will be sent to Anthropic for processing. Customer must comply with Anthropic's Usage Policies (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup).

Portions of the Beta Services are provided on one or more separate infrastructure(s) as described in the Infrastructure and Subprocessor Documentation (https://www.salesforce.com/content/dam/web/en_us/www/documents/legal/misc/salesforce-infrastructure-and-subprocessors.pdf) and such infrastructure(s) may differ from other infrastructure(s) for their GA Services with respect to privacy and security protections and/or be hosted in different physical locations and are further described in the Salesforce Trust and Compliance Documentation. To the extent a Beta Service is accessed through or interoperates with a GA Service, certain Customer Data may be transferred from the Beta to the GA Service for processing. Customers’ use of the Beta Service and GA Service remains subject to the applicable Documentation.

To the extent a Customer is enrolled in the Salesforce Consulting Partner Program, the following additional terms apply to Customer:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Beta Services Terms regarding use for the benefit of third parties, Customer may use the Beta Services to provide consulting, implementation, or professional services to Customer’s customer(s) in a sandbox or a production environment.

Without limiting anything in the Beta Services Terms, (i) Customer agrees that SFDC shall have no liability of any kind to Customer or to any of Customer’s customer(s) arising out of or in connection with Customer’s use of the Beta Services and (ii) Customer may not authorize or allow any of Customer’s customers to access the Beta Services.
