How MeshMesh does it
- Sets up the supporting demo data and a prompt template for service case replies.
- Builds a Service Email prompt template for Draft with Einstein on Cases. It grounds the template on a Data Library retriever and adds Contact personalization, multilingual replies and a support signature.
- Deploys the template, tests it on a sample case, activates the new version and checks it in the Service Console email composer.
- Adds an agent action and topic, enables the Draft with AI composer and runs a set of test scenarios.
- Checks record types and sales processes before deploying prompt templates and flow metadata.
- Checks what the platform allows. In one case it dropped a send-to-composer step because the composer does not load drafts the agent creates.
