Build Commerce Cloud Sites

1. Sets up the supporting data model for the use case, here the Education Cloud data model for a university's professional studies college.
2. Builds a D2C Commerce store and loads its products.
3. Adds custom pieces around the store: a bundle configurator LWC, an enrollment Flow and a corporate training portal.
4. Builds an Agentforce shopping assistant and activates it with an Embedded Service deployment.
5. Applies brand colors and font in Experience Builder.
6. For catalog problems, renames products, variants, categories and pricebooks to a standard convention. It then updates stale references across the org, including TransactionJournal records, and exports the catalog as a downloadable CSV.
