Build Data 360 Data Graphs
A user gets a Data 360 data graph that joins data model objects into one shape for personalization and dynamic content, ready to feed personalized experiences and dynamic email content.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Writes a plan for the user to approve before it builds.
- Explores the existing data graphs and the email content that uses them, and works out what the UI and the API allow.
- Works through the upstream setup the graphs depend on, such as custom data model objects and segments.
- Builds the data graph and checks that it reaches a ready status.
- Connects the graph data to what the user sees, for example Apex queries against Data 360 objects behind a unified profile component on record pages.
