Deploy Data 360 Data Kits
Package, install and troubleshoot data kits so Data 360 configuration moves from one org to another and arrives in a working state.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Inventories the source org's Calculated Insights and segments, then writes a phased plan and waits for approval before building.
- Runs pre-flight checks and sets up a data space before installing the kit.
- Creates the connections the kit needs in the target org: Ingestion API connections in one case, and a connector in another.
- Deploys the bundle. In one case this worked only after switching to the shorter form of the Org ID.
- Creates the supporting search index, in one case for Product2.
- Writes a reusable recipe, then updates it with API pre-checks and steps that run only when a piece is missing.
