How MeshMesh does it

Checks whether Data 360 is already enabled in the org.
Plans the setup in phases and drafts the API payloads for calculated insights and segments ahead of time.
When API calls fail because the org is not provisioned, it works on provisioning and sets up an Amazon S3 connection and data stream through the setup screens.
Works through a phased plan for Data 360 and Tableau Next setup.
Fixes user settings and permission sets, verifies the fixes and updates the recipe files to match.
When it cannot sign in to make a change, gives the user the manual steps instead.
