Get Knowledge articles and related documents into Data 360 through data streams and mappings, so search indexes and Agentforce agents can use them for grounding.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Turns on the features the work needs first: it enables the Connectors Beta, or assigns permission sets and then enables Agentforce Coworker and Enterprise Knowledge.
- Checks for a native connector before building anything by hand. In one task it found the Confluence unstructured connector and wrote step-by-step instructions for the connection.
- Syncs Knowledge articles into Data 360 through data streams.
- Creates a search index configuration from the Knowledge Article Version DMO, waits for Ready status, and checks the chunk and index DMOs in Data Explorer.
- Places the Enterprise Knowledge component on a record page and verifies it with live search results.
- When a setting cannot be applied, such as hourly stream refresh, it offers a workaround: manual refresh or a scheduled Apex job.
