Configure Einstein Activity Capture
Turn on activity capture and email tracking so emails and calendar events from Gmail or Outlook show up as engagement data in Sales Cloud. So far, the work here mixes org setup with research and questions.

- Researches how Einstein Activity Capture works with Google Workspace. This covers the OAuth scopes, the data types it reads, and how the authentication methods compare.
- Checks that Einstein Activity Capture licenses and permission sets are assigned.
- Builds and activates a sales engagement cadence and assigns the permissions needed to add targets.
- Populates engagement metrics on the Lead Intelligence View. It reports which metrics still need Einstein Activity Capture to fill.
- Turns Einstein Activity Capture on or off as the user asks.
