Automate Survey Flows
A flow that sends a Salesforce Surveys invitation at the right moment, such as when a case closes or on a daily schedule. It can also handle the follow-up records that come after, such as a case for a low score.

How MeshMesh does it
- Fixes access problems that block survey links. In one case, it added SurveyQuestionResponse permissions to the guest user permission set.
- Sets up sending: it creates and verifies an Org-Wide Email Address and confirms email deliverability.
- Builds the flow for the chosen trigger:
- A record-triggered flow that sends a survey email when a case closes.
- A daily mass email survey flow that skips contacts already surveyed.
- A follow-up flow that creates a case after a low NPS or CSAT score.
- Resolves conflicts with existing automations, then deploys and tests the flow.
- Cleans up test records and adds related lists to case layouts where users need to see responses.
- Writes supporting material, such as a Word guide or a PDF technical report.
