Get Einstein Next Best Action working in an org: the screen flows behind each action, the recommendations, and the strategy that serves them.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Researches the org and writes a phased plan. In this covered Experience Cloud, messaging deployments and Knowledge. In, the plan was revised after user feedback to build the strategy in Strategy Builder instead of raw metadata XML.
- Waits for the user to approve the plan before building.
- Builds and activates the flows that carry out each action. Action references only validate once those flows are deployed and active. See Build Screen Flows for that work on its own.
- Creates Recommendation records, including images. In, an image on a Lead page recommendation did not render because the file was not visible to external users. Fixing that made it show, and the agent then designed a branded graphic sized for the card.
- Builds the recommendation strategy. In one turn, a date comparison in the strategy flow caused a runtime error and was replaced with a formula-based approach.
- Often leaves putting the result in front of users to the user, such as adding a Next Best Action tab to a Lightning app or publishing the Experience Cloud site.
