How MeshMesh does it

  1. Runs read-only pre-checks on the org to find conflicts before building, such as a missing Case Status or quick action that a macro recipe depends on.
  2. Retrieves the existing metadata into a local project. A missing project directory sometimes made the first retrieve fail until MeshMesh created it.
  3. Configures the console itself: the Lightning Console App, its utility bar, its home page and Admin profile visibility. MeshMesh then deploys and verifies the change.
  4. For demos, clones an existing Service Console app into an independent app so the original stays untouched.
  5. Prepares QA for the deployment with baseline snapshots, a checker script and a validated dry run.
  6. Waits for the user's approval before running checks or deploying.
  7. Hands UI-only steps back to the user, such as adding the Omni-Channel widget to the utility bar in App Builder.
