Slack channels, bots and agents that read Salesforce data and drive Salesforce work, such as approvals posted as Slack cards or a bot that walks a sales rep through a deal process.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Reads the user's source material, such as a point-of-view document or an RFP brief, to scope the Slack workflow.
- Checks what the platform can actually deliver. In one demo it found that classic approvals cannot send Slack cards, so it rebuilt them as flow approvals with Approve/Reject cards.
- Creates Slack channels for the workflow.
- Writes bot skill logic: business rules, calculator formulas, SOQL queries, record creation templates and the conversational flow.
- Puts a confirmation gate before each record the bot creates.
- Adds demo data and a reset script, then checks the presentation material against what was built and flags gaps.
