Turn a request for onboarding into a guide that people can work through. The guide is delivered as an interactive HTML document, sometimes with a walkthrough script for presenting it.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Builds the onboarding guide as an interactive HTML document, here for a customer who installed the Gmail plugin for Salesforce.
  2. Covers the admin configuration steps, plus architecture, limits, licensing and troubleshooting.
  3. Writes a customer-facing walkthrough script with live demo steps.
  4. Leaves the org untouched. The guide is a document deliverable, and the configuration is left to the customer.
