Document Reusable Build Recipes
A user gets a setup, migration or configuration build written down as a step-by-step recipe that a peer can replay in another demo org. The recipe includes the setup steps, the deployment order, known problems and checks to confirm it worked.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Writes a phased implementation plan for the build before touching an org.
- Configures the feature in a demo org, for example email templates, flows, page layouts and messaging for Distributed Marketing.
- Works through API and field-name errors, mostly by switching to the Tooling API and the correct object names.
- Adds CLI commands, metadata XML, Apex code, the deployment order and known problems to the plan.
- Writes a shareable recipe file with setup steps, advanced configuration, troubleshooting scenarios and verification queries.
- Pauses for the user to approve the plan before building.
