Document Technical Solution Designs

MeshMesh writes architecture documents, technical design documents, implementation plans and handoff documents for Salesforce solutions, usually from requirements or an existing org. The user gets a written design, often a plan to approve, rather than a configured org.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Gathers the source material first, such as an earlier integration vetting report or the org's metadata for an as-built design.
  2. Works around metadata retrieval errors, which mostly hit managed-package objects and External Client Apps.
  3. Asks the user to approve the implementation plan before it begins execution.
  4. Writes the design document, covering the architecture decision, data model, fields, automation, security, UI, reporting, deployment and testing.
  5. Generates the document file with a script. When a required package is missing, it sometimes has to install it first.
  6. Delivers companion documents where the work calls for them: an integration spec, a talk-track deck and an admin triage runbook, or a support case document and runbook update after diagnosing deployment failures.
