Document End-User Training Guides
Users get role-based training material, such as manuals, quick guides for agents and how-to guides, written in the format they asked for and ready to hand to end users or admins.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Queries the org for sharing, permission and queue details to ground the guide in how the org is actually set up, working through query errors along the way.
- Updates an existing guide when asked: copies the earlier version, raises the version and date, and adds documentation for a new feature across the relevant sections.
- Drafts the material in the requested format:
- an interactive HTML page, a PDF and a slide presentation
- role-based content with color coding and labels for each user role
- Publishes the result, as a saved artifact for later reference or to GitHub Pages.
- Revises on request, then records a reusable blueprint of the build.
