- Compares effort across manual, AI-IDE-assisted and fully automated delivery.
- Produces a scope artifact with cost estimates and time breakdowns. It also notes where automation helps most, such as Identity Resolution debugging, cross-file consistency and SQL correctness.
- Revises the estimate when existing org foundations cut the work. It lists the decision points to settle before the build starts.
