Automate Order Summary Fulfillment

1. Explores the org before changing anything. It looks at inventory locations, installed routing flows, orders and fulfillment orders.
2. Lists missing setup, such as location groups or an inaccessible routing schedule. It writes a phased plan and waits for approval before building.
3. Builds and deploys a flow that cascades OrderSummary status changes to child FulfillmentOrder and OrderItemSummary records. It works around the read-only OrderItemSummary status field.
4. Fixes bugs it finds in existing flows. In one case, an invoice flow created a ProcessException without its AttachedToId.
5. Tests the full cascade on sample orders and checks that fulfillment orders, line items and invoices all update.
6. For storefront work, it re-publishes and activates the agent, then checks the result by creating a record on the live site.
