Configure Education Cloud Learner Pathways

1. Connects to the target org and runs discovery. Connecting to the right org can take several attempts.
2. Maps the Learning data model: objects, picklists, record types and the order records must be created in.
3. Writes a phased execution plan with exact field specs.
4. Fixes demo data in the org, such as moving a learner to a different enrolled term and removing duplicate course offering participants that caused stray "Passed" badges.
5. Works out data model quirks for terms, sessions, plan requirements and orphan records.
6. Improves the reusable recipe:

• adds an org discovery phase, configuration prompts, execution order guidance, duplicate prevention and a hierarchy guardrail
• slims the list of fixes down to fresh demo org cleanup only

1. Writes guides: a plain-language walkthrough for a non-technical audience, and an updated training guide with a shareable reference.
