Configure Education Cloud Org Foundation
This capability gets an Education Cloud org into working shape: the industry data model and records line up, baseline templates and record pages exist, and what learners or staff see matches the data underneath.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Queries the org to find why a record or portal shows the wrong value. In one case it traced a wrong program to mismatched timeline records between a preliminary application and the application itself.
- Aligns values that have drifted across related records, such as GPA on the learner profile, contact, account and term enrollment.
- Works around validation rules when it updates records, such as the enrollment capacity check on course offering participants.
- Relinks related records so they show in the right place in the UI, such as care plan tasks under their goals.
- Builds baseline configuration: a published Action Plan Template, a Care Plan Template with goals and problems, and a custom Person Account record page.
- Fixes display bugs it finds along the way, such as template tasks not showing in the UI. It defers phases that are out of reach, such as Accounting Subledger and Data 360.
- Hands the final visual check back to the user, for example a page refresh to confirm a FlexCard.
