Build Experience Cloud Portals

Stand up Experience Cloud sites that customers, partners or the public can use: build the pages and forms, brand the site, set who can see what, and get it ready to publish.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Works out the site's purpose and drafts a plan. A person often has to approve the plan before any work starts.
  2. Builds the pieces behind the portal. Examples include an LWC booking wizard with passing Apex tests and a platform event trigger that creates calendar events, and static resources with an agent script.
  3. Adds chat to the portal with Embedded Messaging, and sets up routing so chats reach an agent and new chats get a Contact. In one case the chat is an embedded Agentforce agent.
  4. Sets the embedded messaging auth mode so the agent recognizes logged-in users.
  5. Deploys the Experience bundle and fixes deploy errors caused by theme, branding and layout mismatches. It then redeploys and republishes. Publishing is often left to the user.
  6. Delivers supporting material when asked, such as an HTML enablement guide.
