Diagnose Life Sciences Cloud Issues

You get a found, and usually fixed, cause for a broken Life Sciences Cloud feature, such as missing Briefings, failing field events or missing user access.

Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Investigates the reported symptom in the org, such as a missing Briefings icon on the iPad.
  2. Checks the affected user's Life Sciences permissions. It then assigns any missing permission set, such as access to the Agentforce default agent.
  3. Traces scheduled automation. In one case it found a stuck scheduler on the scheduled briefings flow and reset it by deactivating and reactivating the flow.
  4. Fixes configuration records, including:
  • empty field set settings
  • missing identifiers
  • invalid JSON
  • picklist mismatches
  1. Queries metadata such as Lightning pages through the Tooling API when standard SOQL cannot reach them.
  2. Writes up a change log and explains the fix on request.
