Configure Advanced Account Forecasting

1. Queries the Advanced Account Forecasting objects to confirm the right field names before writing anything.
2. Builds or repairs the upstream data the forecast draws on. In one case it linked orders to sales agreements and fixed their date ranges.
3. Works with Data Processing Engine definitions and forecast measures. Linking them to the forecast set is often left to a human.
4. Populates adjusted forecast quantity and revenue on current and future period records through Anonymous Apex.
5. Reports platform limits it runs into, such as fields that cannot be written and locked past periods.
6. For demos, adds the forecast to the demo script.
