Stand up sales agreements in Manufacturing Cloud with their products, pricing, planned and actual quantities, so a manufacturer can see committed volume against what actually shipped. Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Builds the product lineup with a catalog, categories and price books.
- Creates sales agreements from existing opportunities.
- Activates the agreements, working around future start dates and status blockers. Where an agreement is stuck in Under Revision, it moves the agreement back to Activated through Approved.
- Sets planned quantities on the schedule periods through the mass update action and an approval cycle.
- Sets actual quantities so the variance tells a story: growth, adherence and decrease, or products on track, well behind and well ahead.
- When asked, configures an Agentforce agent and gives users access through a permission set.
