Build Lightning Email Templates
MeshMesh produces ready-to-use Lightning email templates and letterheads for sales and marketing emails. These include HTML layouts, merge fields and branding, stored where users can pick them up.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Creates a public email template folder for the templates, such as one for Sales Engagement.
- Deploys the template through the REST API with its HTML body, subject line and merge fields, then sets it to Active so it can be used in cadences.
- For email signatures, builds an Enhanced Letterhead: checks the image URL, builds the header and a footer with contact details and a confidentiality notice, and confirms in the preview that the image renders.
- Where asked, adds the same emails to the Marketing Cloud Next content workspace through the CMS API. It then publishes them and checks them in the API and the browser.
