Configure Quick Actions
Get working quick actions and buttons on record pages: new actions created, existing ones renamed or fixed, and the supporting fields or flows they call.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Builds the quick action together with what it calls, such as a screen flow or a read-only field, or a screen flow that clones a closed-lost opportunity and its CPQ primary quote.
- Places the action on the record page, using a Dynamic Actions visibility filter. Getting it onto the page sometimes needs FlexiPage and Dynamic Actions workarounds.
- Tests the result, through UAT and a technical design document or a test script that uses SOQL, Apex tests and data changes.
- When a change breaks the page, rolls back the flows, quick actions and page assignments.
