Analyze Statement of Work Scope

Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Reads the full statement of work, including the tables of epics inside it.
  2. Writes a scope summary covering epics, assumptions and exclusions.
  3. Lists risks and gaps grouped by severity.
  4. Drafts a discovery agenda for the kickoff and grooming calls, broken down by topic.
  5. For a migration scoping, writes a discovery questionnaire with a scoring rubric, then analyzes the client's responses.
  6. Builds an interactive HTML report covering archetypes, foundation components, a team model and several effort scenarios.
