Audit Demo Org Readiness

Before a customer demo or dry run, MeshMesh checks that the demo org, its data and its flows are in working order, then fixes what it can so the demo runs cleanly.

Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Reopens the demo org and refreshes the connection when an earlier session's login has expired, then leaves the org open in the browser panel for the user.
  2. Audits the org configuration (features such as Sales Engagement, Einstein scoring, Conversation Insights and page layouts) and works around schema and naming problems.
  3. Fixes demo data that would look wrong on screen, such as opportunity close dates.
  4. Builds supporting material around the audit, such as roadmap slides, refined vignette copy and a talk track for a system landscape slide.
  5. Leaves screenshots, slide finalization and browser dry runs for a person to finish.
