Audit Solution Deliverables
MeshMesh checks a solution design, customer document or documentation set against the real org or official Salesforce documentation and returns a written review of what is wrong, outdated or missing. Sometimes it also fixes what it finds.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Reads the deliverable section by section and checks each claim against official Salesforce documentation, community resources, web searches and an internal knowledge base.
- Writes a section-by-section validation report that separates critical corrections from optional enhancements. In one case it found a customer-facing Data 360 document largely accurate and flagged a batch limit claim that the evidence suggests is wrong.
- Audits the supporting assets across a documentation set. In one case it found that most screenshots were duplicates and that multi-step use cases reused one image for every step.
- Writes a phased plan to fix what it found and holds it for approval.
- Inventories existing artifacts and writes a plan for which outdated ones to archive. It holds that plan for approval rather than acting on it.
