Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Explores the product live to learn how it works. For Commerce Cloud, MeshMesh walked through the Business Manager UI to document navigation paths, form fields, configuration options and operational gotchas.
  2. Writes what it learned as a research file and a reusable recipe, then corrects both as it learns more. In the same case, it later updated both files with corrected navigation maps and more gotchas.
  3. Turns a supplied document into a structured guide. From a security readiness PDF, MeshMesh planned the sections, wrote a Success Guide script as a Word document, converted it to PDF and delivered both.
  4. Builds larger documentation suites across sessions. For a sales agent, the output was HTML artifacts, a ZIP archive, shared learnings and security architecture documents.
  5. Publishes output to GitHub where the team uses it.
