Build Workshop Guides
MeshMesh produces the materials a workshop needs: facilitator guides, exercises, participant handouts, demo orgs and the sites participants use during the session.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Writes a plan for the workshop package and gets it approved, for example a customer workshop guide, an internal facilitator guide and an outcome report.
- Writes the presenter playbook: module guides, errata, an FAQ, the agenda and pre-flight checklists.
- Writes facilitator material for individual segments, such as a facilitator script, a translation table, a keyboard card and per-lab tips.
- Builds and updates participant and facilitator guides and agendas, then packages them as a set.
- Provisions and configures the workshop orgs with an agent, Data 360 setup and Knowledge content.
- Fixes the demo where the workshop needs it, such as adding a Knowledge sidebar and an agent action that reads Jira-style data.
