Document Customer Requirements

Turn discovery notes, estimate workbooks and RFP material into structured requirements: dependency lists, epics, user stories and traceability that a delivery team can plan against.

Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Reads the uploaded estimate workbook and RFP reference documents, and pulls out resourcing and scope data.
  2. Cross-references that data with phase briefs to find what the customer must provide. It then groups dependencies into categories such as environment and licensing, identity and security, data and content, integration readiness, staffing and timeline.
  3. Drafts a plan and pauses for the user's approval before producing the final artifact.
  4. Writes epics and user stories and exports them as DOCX, HTML and XLSX. The exports include a sheet of help links.
  5. Builds a traceability spine so that no requirement is left orphaned, and checks the result against a critic review.
