Document Demo Build Reports
A solution engineer gets a written record of a demo build: what was built in the org, the data model and data behind it, and a status report or runbook a presenter can follow. Most of this work happens alongside building the demo itself.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Audits the current org before writing: calculated insights, the semantic model, agents and Tableau visualizations.
- Makes targeted edits to an existing interactive HTML build summary. These include updating its stats, adding calculated insight cards, expanding the semantic model section and restructuring the AI agents section.
- Converts a large markdown reference document, such as a demo build plan, into styled HTML.
- Publishes the HTML as a shareable artifact in the Workbench Artifacts panel. It checks with the user where the artifact should go.
- On larger builds, does the report work alongside the build itself. It deploys and verifies each lot, works around metadata and API limits, then resets the org.
