Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Extracts text from the RFP documents. When one PDF tool returns nothing, it switches to another library.
- Reads the RFP requirements and works out which clouds and products they call for. It gives justifications and license recommendations by cloud.
- Drafts discovery questions organized by cloud, ready for the sales team before the demo.
- For a scope-of-work document, answers the user's detailed questions in one artifact. It then writes an assumptions list with customer responsibilities and price levers to protect scope.
- Builds a competitive response spreadsheet and expands the solution and delivery columns for every requirement.
- Produces POV documents as Word files with project manager feedback worked in. It then brings product names and spelling into line across the response.
