Build Agentforce Service Agents
Stand up a customer-facing Agentforce service agent with topics, actions and the Apex behind them, then connect it to a channel such as an Experience Cloud site.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Explores the org for what already exists: it confirms Agent Script support and finds existing agents, Apex classes and Case fields.
- Writes a phased implementation plan covering Apex, Agent Script authoring and deployment, then waits for the user to approve it. This is the step most often left to a human.
- Builds the agent's topics and custom Apex actions.
- Adds rich card renderers using custom Lightning types and LWCs, and deploys all the metadata.
- Works through deploy and wiring problems, such as linking topics to the planner through the Tooling API and BotVersion deploy errors.
- Writes a test script document for the agent.
