Diagnose Agentforce Action Failures
Find out why an Agentforce agent's actions fail to run or return the wrong result, then fix the wiring, such as schema, variable binding or the flow or Apex behind an action, so the agent answers correctly again.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Retrieves the agent's full metadata, including plugins, planner and bot configuration, or its full agent script.
- Compares a broken agent's script with a working agent's to spot what is missing.
- Traces the fault to a specific topic step. For example, it found a product lookup resolving Product2 across all accounts instead of the account already chosen, and confirmed the logic sits in managed package actions.
- Writes a phased fix plan before changing anything.
- Builds and activates a service agent with custom Apex actions, then debugs actions that are not invoked.
