Build Concierge Agents

1. Writes a phased implementation plan for the agents the user asked for.
2. Seeds demo data in the org.
3. Writes Apex action classes, with a utility class and a test, and deploys them. In one weeks-sized task the classes were only written locally.
4. Deploys a permission set and assigns it to the admin and agent users. In one task this also fixed an Agentforce "Something went wrong" error.
5. Creates the agent, either from a template or planned in Agent Script, and activates it. In the samples, the Agent Script step was not reached. Activation is sometimes left to a human afterwards.
