Build Marketing Campaign Agents

Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Deploys the pieces the agent relies on: custom fields, Apex classes with tests, flows and GenAI functions.
  2. Builds the agent itself, including its plugin, planner bundle and bot, so it can create segment-triggered journey flows through the Metadata API.
  3. Sets up access: a Connected App with OAuth Client Credentials and a Run As user, a Remote Site Setting, a Custom Setting and a Permission Set, then verifies the OAuth flow end to end.
  4. Adds actions to a subagent and updates its instructions.
  5. Commits and activates a new agent version, then runs an end-to-end test.
