Method

How MeshMesh does it

Researches the grounding options, such as a Data 360 Knowledge library or a Flow-based approach, and asks clarifying questions.
Rewrites Knowledge articles with real content when a demo needs it.
Sets up the Data Library, search index and permissions.
Sets article visibility for an Experience Cloud site, including data categories.
When the agent returns empty answers, traces the cause. In one case a Data 360 data stream had never run, and MeshMesh triggered it. In another the built-in search returned nothing, so MeshMesh built a custom Apex Knowledge search with language fallback.
