Configure Agentforce Agent Persona
Set how an Agentforce agent presents itself to users: its name, avatar, greeting, response language and visible branding. Users get an agent that looks and speaks the way the business intends.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Inspects the agent's current setup in the org before changing anything. In one task, MeshMesh tried this check but the session had expired, so the task paused.
- Compares the agent's planner bundle against a reference agent to find missing topics or actions, such as a welcome topic or a member-context action for a personalized greeting.
- Gets a plan approved before editing.
- Updates branding and the descriptions of the agent's actions, then sweeps the vocabulary for leftover old names.
- Verifies the agent is Active with the new branding and checks agent test runs independently.
