Build Marketing Cloud Engagement Automations

1. Writes a phased plan covering SQL query activities, an import activity, staging data extensions, a processed log and a schedule.
2. Writes SSJS scripts that call Marketing Cloud Engagement REST APIs, such as Contact Delete, and update a matching flag in the CRM.
3. Creates CRM records such as ContactPointConsent from data extension rows, handling timezone conversion.
4. Sends script results to a shared logging data extension.
5. Hands the setup it cannot do itself to an admin: data extensions, installed package scopes and credentials.
