Configure Engagement Journeys
Build Journey Builder journeys in Marketing Cloud Engagement, along with the Data Extensions, emails and entry events they run on.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Writes a phased plan for the journey, covering naming conventions, Data Extension schemas, SQL queries, the Automation, the Event Definition and the Journey with placeholder email sends.
- Builds a Data Extension and loads it with sample data.
- Creates the emails in Content Builder.
- Creates the event definition and the journey in Draft status through the Journey Builder API.
- When a connection fails, investigates it: compares the connector with a working reference and finds what is missing, such as an incomplete OAuth handshake.
- Leaves publishing the journey and live test sends to a human.
