Build Marketing Cloud Engagement CloudPages
A user gets a working CloudPage, such as a survey, form, preference center or dashboard, along with the Data Extensions that store what the page collects.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Creates a Data Extension to hold the page's responses before it builds the page.
- Checks the existing subscriptions and channel types to confirm they can support a preference page.
- Tries to build the CloudPage in the browser, using AMPscript and SSJS where needed.
- When it cannot get into CloudPages, it writes the full page code into an artifact so the user can paste it into a page they create by hand.
- Holds back follow-on work that depends on the published page URL, such as the invitation email. For that work, see Build Marketing Cloud Engagement Emails.
