Audit Salesforce User Accounts

Get a clear report on who has access to an org: active and inactive users, licenses, permission sets and profiles, plus a plan for what to clean up. The work here is mostly review and reporting. Changes are usually left to a person or to a follow-up task.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Queries the active users in the org and sets aside system and integration accounts.
  2. Flags inactive users with a last-login test, counting users who never logged in.
  3. Sorts the candidates into priority tiers. The least-used profiles go first.
  4. Delivers a report, a CSV export and a phased action plan without deactivating anyone.
  5. Before adding a user, checks for duplicates in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  6. For permission audits, reviews permission sets, Permission Set Licenses and profiles, maps agents to permission sets, and updates reference docs.

Acting on the findings is the job of Configure Salesforce User Accounts and Configure User Permission Sets.
