Configure User Permission Sets
Users get the right permission sets, permission set groups and permission set licenses assigned, and missing assignments found and fixed, so people can see and use what they need.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Connects the org and inventories what is already deployed, such as a custom app and its permission sets.
- Investigates the feature setup and data a user needs to work with, such as Revenue Cloud quoting for a partner user.
- Finds the permissions gap that hides an app or feature from users.
- Assigns permission sets, permission set licenses and permission set groups to the users who need them.
- Where a license conflict blocks an assignment, assigns a partner-specific alternative if one exists.
- Diagnoses problems that are not permission gaps, such as a demo reset blocked by records missing a required value, and bulk-updates those records.
- Hands back final checks to the user, such as reloading the app or running the reset again.
