Build Agentforce Help Agents

This capability produces a customer-facing help agent that answers from site content, creates cases and hands over to a person. It is often paired with a cloned site on Experience Cloud.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Builds or clones the customer's site on Experience Cloud, often as a React multi-framework site built with Vite. It checks the clone against the original, then deploys and publishes it.
  2. Builds the help agent grounded in a Data Library, with FAQ answers, case creation and human handoff. One build was in French.
  3. Embeds Enhanced Chat in the site and publishes a handover page.
  4. Runs a series of end-to-end sessions against the agent before calling it done.
  5. Sets up Service Replies when asked. Chat replies are grounded in a Data Library and email replies in Knowledge articles.
  6. For larger multi-agent designs, it can produce a metadata scaffold: flow stubs, agent actions, topics, bot definitions, a permission set and a deployment script. Deployment can still be pending at the end.
