How MeshMesh does it
- Builds an orchestrator agent and a connected subagent in Agent Script.
- Deploys the supporting custom fields and flows, and tracks state in a MessagingSession variable.
- Sets up the subagent connection with mapped variables and checks that the messaging channel is wired.
- When a live messaging demo fails, tries fixes such as removing incorrect planner function records. In one case the handoff between agents still failed at the end.
- Before building, explores the org's existing agents, checks planner types and the documented limits on multi-agent orchestration, and writes a phased plan for a hub-and-spoke orchestrator.
- Writes supporting material such as a UAT checklist.
