Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Traces why an agent is missing from the Agentforce panel. The causes it found include an inactive BotVersion and a permission set with no agent access element.
  2. Grants agent access through a permission set by creating SetupEntityAccess records, which fixed visibility for the agents.
  3. Builds a permission set that covers the objects, fields and voice user permissions a new org needs.
  4. Works through Service Assistant errors. In the sampled case they were only partly resolved.
  5. If it makes no changes in the org, it writes step-by-step Setup instructions for the user to follow.
  6. Updates related demo documentation after the fix.
