Configure Agent Data Libraries
Users get a data library built from Knowledge articles or documents and assigned to an Agentforce agent, so the agent answers from that content.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Diagnoses why agents return no Knowledge answers. In one case no data library existed.
- Creates the data library and indexes it. For document content it sets the library's data type to Files and uploads the documents.
- Assigns the data library to the target agents.
- Fixes access where the agent's user cannot see the content, such as adding a role and a Knowledge access permission set so the user can see data categories.
- Tests the agent's answers against the grounded content. In one case both agents returned grounded answers. In another, one agent answered health questions correctly, but a second agent's index rebuild was not confirmed.
- Delivers a configuration checklist.
